Bat Exclusion

All of our bat exclusion is always chemical free and all of our work comes with our standard 5 year guarantee.

Our bat exclusion process begins with a thorough inspection of the structure to look for any points of entry large enough for bats, which can be difficult to find. Because of a bats small size, they are able to enter into areas as small as a quarter inch thick and an inch wide, often leaving these openings easily looked over. However, with our many years of experience, we are very familiar with the exact points of entry and exits that bats may use.

After these areas are found, they are sealed with the highest quality products, on the market, which allows us to be able to offer and stand behind our 5 year guarantee.

Once the entry and exit points being used by the bats, are found, we will mount our “Hanks EX 100 Excluder” onto these openings. Our custom made “Hanks EX 100 Excluder”, designed by Marshall Hanks in 1981, has been used, effectively, by our company for decades. The “Hanks EX 100 Excluder” allows all bats to exit structures within 2 to 3 nights, while not allowing bats and re-entry into the structure.

Once the exclusion process has been completed, we offer our standard 5 year warranty and also offer the option to extend. In the unlikely event that bats re enter the area we have worked on, during the warranty period, we will return to correct the problem at no cost to you.

Bat Guano and Odors

In the event that you have a smelly mess of guano left behind, Commercial Bat Control can also take care of that issue with our optional guano and odor removal services. As the guano piles gets larger and larger, the smell can begin to get into your home or office. The guano can be hazardous to your health if you breathe in the airborne spores that grow on the bat feces. Our company utilizes special equipment and protective gear to remove and clean guano, as well as any other potential odors from the bats, from buildings.

Bat Prevention

Don’t have bats now and don’t want bats in the future? We proudly offer bat preventative maintenance quotes, free of charge. We can seal any and all possible openings large enough for bats to gain entry at the fraction of bat exclusion costs. Bats typically enter through ridge caps, vents, flashings, and gaps in eaves and fascia boards. All of our bat prevention work also comes with our standard 5 year warranty, and like our other services, we offer the option to extend this warranty.
